EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Extra Virgin Olive Oil ‘La Murta’ is the juice of olives collected in the area of Xaló, north of Alicante. The largest farm we have is located in ‘La Murta’, Departure located south of the municipality of Xaló. Therefore, the name of the olive oil.

The fruit is medium in size and rounded, with a weight between 2 and 5 grams and a straw yellow color, presenting a high pulp / bone ratio and an acceptable oil content, around 20%.
